1. What is PUR Cold Pressed Juice?

PUR Cold Pressed Juice is a small business that sells a variety of delicious and nutritious cold pressed juices. Our juices are made from a blend of fruits and vegetables, providing essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

 

2. Are your juices made (produced, sourced, juiced, etc.) locally?

3. What flavors of cold pressed juices do you offer?

We offer a range of flavors including Greens, Sunny Citrus, and Blue Chia. Each flavor is carefully crafted to provide a perfect combination of taste and health benefits.

 

4. Is there a specific order to drink the juices? 

You can enjoy your juices in any order you like throughout the day.

 

5. I received my juices frozen,  is that normal? 

It is normal to receive your juices frozen. We do not use preservatives to increase shelf life therefore we flash freeze our juices immediately after they are made to preserve quality and freshness of the ingredients. Our juices are kept frozen up until the shipping process to ensure that they remain fresh up until they are delivered.

 

6. How long are your juices good for? 

Please note our bottle caps are dated as an inventory date not an expiration date. Our juices can be enjoyed refrigerated for up to 14 days after the bottle cap date or can be frozen for up to 90 days after the inventory date. (the reason for this date is because sometimes people prefer to freeze the juice). Our juices are flash frozen at 20 degrees (normal juices are 30 degrees refrigerated) so that when you receive your juices they will be cold! Depending on the weather the juice might still be flash frozen, please rest assured they are fresh!! Just defrost in the refrigerator and enjoy.

 

7. How many bottles per cleanse? 

Our traditional Signature, Powerhouse, & Harmony Cleanses have a total of 6 juices per day. Your total amount of juices will depend on whether you have selected 3, 5 or 7 days for your cleanse duration.  

Please note that our Mini Cleanses only consist of 4 juices per day since you will be eating a sensible meal at the end of the day. Again, the total amount of juices will depend on whether you have selected 3, 5, or 7 days for your mini cleanse duration.  

8. I have "X" disease, medical condition,allergy, etc. Are your juices safe to drink?

Our juices are made with vegetables and fruits that are known for their health benefits and our customers health and wellbeing is our priority but unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with medical advice. We recommend you speak with your medical health provider before trying our products.

 

9. Are your juices Organic?

We are not organic, however, our products are 100% natural, gluten free, and vegan. For more information on how our juices are made please view the video linked below for more information on how we source our ingredients.

10. Do you have Low Sugar or Low Carb options?

Our juices are made with fruits and veggies and naturally contain sugar and carbs from those ingredients. We do not however, add any additional sugars to our juices with the exception of our mylks and lemonades that are made with a natural sweetener from the Agave plant. Because of the ALL Natural nature of our juices we do not have juices that are modified to be low carb or low sugar, but, for people looking for this option we recommend our green juices which are naturally lower in carbs and sugar. You can view these products by clicking on the links below.

11. Can i drink Carbonated, Sparkling, etc. water beside regular water during cleanse?

You are welcome to have carbonated or sparkling water in addition to regular water if they do not contain added ingredients. Depending on the brand, some of these types of waters tend to contain added ingredients such as sodium or artificial sweeteners. 

We do recommend that carbonated or sparkling water be avoided altogether for the best results during a cleanse. ☺️

 

12. Can your juice be used as a meal replacement? 

We advocate “recreational juicing,” which we define as drinking cold-pressed juice whenever the mood strikes—instead of a typical morning coffee or consuming something unhealthy when you're feeling snacky midday.  We don’t like to think of our juices as a meal replacement. We do not advocate replacing food with juice altogether—perish the thought! There is no substitute for insoluble fibre-containing, soul-replenishing food. However, if you’re looking to detoxify, break bad habits, and give your body a rest, you might opt to try one of our cleanses.

 

13. Do yo use HPP?

Yes, our HPP technique has many benefits. Firstly, using HPP means that our cold pressed juices do not lose any nutritional value. As such, every bottle of our cold-pressed juice is able to contain as much minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and enzymes as possible from the fruits and vegetables. Secondly, HPP allows for a longer shelf life without preservatives. This is because the high pressure is able to counteract any harmful pathogenic microorganisms as well as any other components that can cause vegetative spoilage. 15. What is PUR's customer satisfaction guarantee?

At PUR, we want to delight you with the highest quality and delicious products.  If you are not 100% happy, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt of your product.   You can email us at order@purjuices.com.   Because the items are perishable and must remain cold, we can not offer refunds and can not accept returns of product.  We only offer exchanges or store credit.

 

16. I am on day # of my cleanse, is it natural to have diarrhea? 

It is not uncommon to experience symptoms such as diarrhea during a cleanse, during this time the body is experiencing detoxification from the usual processed foods and drinks and releasing toxins. Please also note, that our juices contain natural fiber-heavy fruits and vegetables that help improve digestion. Depending on your day-to-day diet and usual consumption of fiber this increased amount of fiber may result in increased bowel movements. Nevertheless, replacing solid foods with an all liquid diet is in itself a change for the body that may result in increased urination or defecation. If the symptom persists, please contact your primary care provider for medical advice.

 

17. Can I do a cleanse if I am nursing/ breastfeeding?

We always recommend you consult with your medical care provider first to ensure cleansing while nursing is right for you. We have had customers in the past who were nursing do our full cleanses and they provided positive feedback of their cleanse journey. 🤩

If you want to try our cleanses and implement the juices into your day as an addition to your normal diet that may work as great alternative since the juices would be providing you with additional nutrients from the natural fruits and vegetables used. 

 

18. Do I get points for any referrals made? 

Absolutely! If you are already signed up for our Rewards program you can accumulate rewards points for any referrals made by sharing your referral link with the person you are referring us to. They will need to use that link to access our website and make their purchase, this way we are able to track any purchases that are made through your referral link and can assigning you the appropriate points for that sale. You can access your referral link by going to our website and login into your account. Once you are logged in you will see your “referral link” on the left-hand side of your account home page.  Copy, paste and send that link to your referral.

 

19. The products appear to be produced in Mexico; why is this? And I suspect with non-organic produce and substandard quality controls/standards which would apply to a US process facility? I noted the products, with high claims of efficiency, do not have FDA review? 

We source our fruits and vegetables in Monterrey, Mexico and choose to bottle at the source in Mexico for a reason. Because it takes up to 4 lbs. of product for ONE 16 ounces bottle, one eighteen-wheeler bringing produce from Mexico will only produce 5000 bottles of juice. That same vehicle can fit approximately 40,000 bottles in the same truck! By bottling at the source, we are saving 800% of the fossil fuels spent just to bring the product to the US for production. While our products are not organic, they are 100% all natural, vegan, preservative free and FDA HACCP compliant. 

 

20. How much protein is in the Powerhouse Cleanse?

Our Powerhouse Cleanse comes with 6 juices per day and 4 of those juices will contain protein. The 12oz cleanse will provide you with about 35 grams of protein per day.

 

21. What is your refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns. However, if you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us within 6 hours of receipt and we will do our best to address any concerns.

22. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please provide us with a picture of the juices and a description of the issue within 6 hours of receipt. We will require photo evidence to process any replacement requests.

23. What if there are missing items in my order?

If you receive an order with missing items, please email us a picture of the shipment you received. We will review the documentation and, if it is our error, we will gladly provide a partial refund, in-store credit, or send the missing items.

24. Can I return or exchange a juice if I don't like the flavor? 

We want you to love your juice! If you are not happy with the taste, we will be happy to provide a refund or in-store credit towards your next order. However, please note that future orders cannot be replaced for flavor, and we do not provide replacements for small amounts of juice.

25. What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, please contact orders@purjuices.com and we can direct you to the shipping company that has your package or you can use your tracking number to determine which company to contact. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping delays and cannot guarantee delivery dates.

26. Do you offer shipping outside of the continental US?

Yes, we offer shipping options for orders outside of the continental US. The shipping cost for these orders will be calculated at checkout.

27. Can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled until after the third order. If you would like to modify your subscription, please contact us via email at orders@purjuices.com.  Please note that early cancellation of subscriptions will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
