Mini FAQ – Quick Answers

Do you ship everywhere in the U.S.?
Yes! We ship free to all 50 states, including Hawaii & Alaska.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed Mon–Thu before 11 AM PST ship the same day. After that time, they ship the next business day.

How fast will my juice arrive?
Usually 1–3 business days, slightly longer for Hawaii/Alaska. We plan shipments to arrive within 72 hours of shipping.

What if my juice arrives late?
If it’s cold, no refund is issued. If it’s warm, email us within 6 hours with photos.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within the U.S.

What’s the minimum order?
At least 6 bottles (juices, mylks, or lemonades) OR 12 wellness shots.


Order Processing Times

  • Same-day shipping: Orders placed Mon–Thu by 11 AM PST (1 PM CST / 2 PM EST) usually ship the same day.
  • Peak times: Please allow 1–2 extra days during high-volume periods.
  • Weekend & holiday orders: We do not ship on weekends/holidays unless Saturday Delivery is selected.

Important: We plan for all orders to arrive within 72 hours of shipment for maximum freshness.

Minimum Order Requirements

  • 6 bottles (juices, mylks, or lemonades) OR
  • 12 wellness shots

If your order doesn’t meet the minimum, we’ll contact you by email. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, the order will be canceled.

How We Keep Your Juice Fresh

  • All orders are packed cold and shipped via FedEx to arrive in 1–3 business days (or slightly longer for Hawaii & Alaska).
  • Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Wednesday ship Monday (unless Overnight shipping is selected).
  • For Friday or Saturday delivery, select Overnight shipping before 11 AM PST Thursday/Friday.

Delayed or Warm Deliveries

  • Delayed but still cold: No discounts or refunds.
  • Arrived late & warm: Must email orders@purjuices.com with photos within 6 hours of delivery.

Where We Ship

  • All 50 States: Free shipping on qualifying orders
  • PO Boxes / APO/FPO: Availability shown at checkout
  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable

Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

Route Package Protection (Recommended)

Because juice is perishable, we cannot refund or replace items delayed by carriers.

  • Purchase Route Package Protection at checkout for coverage against loss, theft, or damage.
  • Without Route, claims must be filed directly with the carrier (FedEx: 800‑463‑3339 | UPS: 800‑742‑5877).

Damages & Returns

PUR is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order is damaged, take photos and contact the carrier directly.

Due to perishability, we cannot accept returns or refunds. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Hawaii & Alaska Shipping

Free shipping applies just like the continental U.S. Delivery may take 2–4 business days depending on carrier schedules. We plan shipments carefully to ensure freshness on arrival.

Detailed Disclaimers

  1. Delivery Time Estimates: FedEx/UPS delays, weather, or exceptions may impact delivery times. We cannot refund or replace products delayed by the carrier.
  2. Product Freshness on Arrival: If juices are cold upon delivery, no refunds or credits are offered. If juices arrive warm, notify us within 6 hours with photos.
  3. Customer Responsibility: Someone must be available to receive and refrigerate the order promptly. We are not liable for products left outside beyond delivery time.
  4. Shipping Address Errors: Incorrect addresses resulting in delays or spoilage are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Peak Seasons & Weather: During high-volume times or extreme weather, shipping windows may extend beyond normal timeframes.
  6. No International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
  7. Carrier Claims: For lost, damaged, or delayed packages, you must file claims directly with the carrier unless you purchased Route Package Protection.
