Our products are fresh and perishable and require different handling than shelf-stable beverages. We use cold storage and freezing when appropriate to help preserve freshness and quality during storage and transportation.

Please allow 1β3 business days for order processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.
PUR ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.
For example, selecting overnight shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive the day after it is placed. The selected carrier transit time begins after your order has completed processing and has been shipped.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

PUR ships fresh, perishable products that require special handling.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your destination.
Depending on your location, options may include expedited and overnight shipping.
Carrier delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete addresses, and other circumstances outside PUR's reasonable control may affect delivery.

PUR offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more within eligible U.S. delivery areas.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion, the applicable merchandise subtotal must meet the free-shipping threshold after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Certain destinations, products, or expedited shipping methods may be excluded.

PUR does not ship internationally.
Our juices are fresh, cold products that require carefully controlled handling and timely delivery. International transit, customs processing, and other potential delays prevent us from consistently maintaining the freshness and quality standards we require.
Shipping availability within the United States may also be limited for certain remote or difficult-to-service destinations.

PUR juices may be frozen prior to shipment to help preserve freshness during transit.
Depending on weather conditions, destination, and transit time, your juices may arrive:

π BOTTLE CAP DATE & FRESHNESS
The date printed on your PUR bottle cap is an inventory date β not an expiration date.
PUR uses this date to help manage product inventory and freshness.
When properly stored, PUR juices may generally be:
Refrigerated: Enjoyed for up to 14 days after receiving your products
Frozen: Stored for up to 90 days from the inventory date
Because customers may choose to freeze their juices, the inventory date helps PUR and our customers properly track the product.
Always follow applicable storage instructions and use reasonable judgment before consuming any perishable product.
π CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY
Because PUR products are perishable, customers are responsible for retrieving deliveries promptly.
Once carrier tracking indicates that an order has been delivered, the customer is responsible for bringing the package inside and properly refrigerating or freezing the products.
PUR cannot be responsible for deterioration resulting from an order being left outside or unrefrigerated after successful delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a delay, failed delivery, return to sender, or lost shipment, PUR may be unable to provide a replacement or refund.

PUR may offer Route Package Protection at checkout to provide additional protection for your shipment.
If Route Package Protection is purchased, qualifying claims involving lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise covered packages must be submitted through Route in accordance with Route's applicable terms and claim procedures.
Coverage determinations are made according to Route's applicable terms.
If Route Package Protection was not purchased, available remedies may differ depending upon the circumstances and applicable carrier policies.

Where a product is eligible for return under our Return & Satisfaction Policy, the request must be submitted within 1 day of delivery.
Approved returns must be returned according to instructions provided by PUR.

For applicable approved returns, a 50% restocking fee may be deducted from the product refund.
