PUR Cold Pressed Return & Satisfaction Policy

Our Commitment to Quality and Freshness

At PUR, we take pride in delivering the highest quality, delicious cold-pressed juices. If you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

✔️ All questions must be submitted in writing via email, and our team will always respond via email to ensure the best customer service.

Because our juices are perishable and must remain cold, we do not accept returns and cannot issue refunds except in specific situations outlined below.

Cold & Fresh Delivery Guarantee

PUR juices are shipped frozen to preserve freshness. Depending on the weather and transit time, they may arrive fully frozen or partially thawed. This is completely normal! Simply refrigerate or freeze as needed.

📦 Route Package Protection & Shipping Carrier Claims

To provide added protection for your order, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. If you purchased Route Protection, any claims for late delivery, lost, stolen, or damaged orders must be filed directly with Route or the shipping carrier.

✔ If you did NOT purchase Route Package Protection, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (UPS/FedEx) for any lost, stolen, or mishandled orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund orders in these cases. However, we will review issues on a case-by-case basis and determine if a resolution is possible.

💡 PUR does not cover lost, stolen, late delivery, or carrier-related damages for customers who did not purchase Route Protection.

📸 Damaged or Missing Product

We understand that shipping mishaps can occur. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 6 hours of delivery and provide:
✔ A clear photo of the affected juices & packaging
✔ A description of the issue

Once we verify the claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
    •    Replacement of the affected product
    •    Store credit toward a future order
    •    A partial or full refund (when applicable)

📌 Important: If your package was damaged during shipping and you purchased Route Package Protection, you must file a claim through Route for coverage.

💜 PUR Satisfaction Guarantee (First Order Only – Up to 6 Flavors, 24-Hour Window)

We want you to love your PUR experience! If you’re trying PUR for the first time and don’t enjoy a particular flavor, we offer:

A store credit for one bottle per flavor (maximum of 6 flavors)
✔ Credit can only be applied toward a future order

✔ Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

This guarantee is subject to review and may require additional information to process. We reserve the right to deny requests if the policy is being misused.

🚚 Shipping Delays & Costs

🔹 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔹 We ship with UPS/FedEx to ensure arrival within our expected window of 3-4 days or overnight if selected.
🔹 Orders are not shipped on weekends (unless Saturday delivery is chosen) or holidays.
🔹 Orders placed after Thursday will ship the following Monday unless overnight shipping is selected.

📌 For shipping delays:
    •    If you purchased Route Package Protection, file a claim with Route for coverage.
    •    If you did not purchase Route, please contact the shipping carrier (UPS/FedEx) directly.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee shipping speeds as we are subject to UPS/FedEx operations.

🚫 The Following Issues Are Not Covered Under Our Refund Policy:

🚫 Lost, stolen, late delivery, or damaged orders covered by Route Protection or the shipping carrier (claims must be filed directly with Route or the carrier)
🚫 Incorrect shipping address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions
🚫 Late delivery due to an incorrect shipping address
🚫 Orders that were successfully delivered but not retrieved in time, causing spoilage
🚫 Personal taste preferences (beyond the first-order Satisfaction Guarantee)
🚫 Refunds for allergies or reactions to the juice (ingredients are listed on our website, and all juices are made in a facility that processes tree nuts)

✔ If you did not purchase Route Package Protection and your order is lost, stolen, or delayed, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

📌 Important: Please review your shipping address carefully before ordering. If your address changes, update it before your charge date via your customer account portal.

If you would like to reship an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the delivery date, you may do so at 50% of the original order cost.

⚠️ Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

✔ All juices are produced in a facility that processes tree nuts.
✔ All ingredients are listed on our website.

📌 If you have food allergies or dietary concerns, please consult with your doctor before purchasing.

We cannot provide refunds for allergies after purchase.

🔄 Cancellations & Subscription Modifications

🔹 You can cancel an order before it is billed in your customer account portal.
🔹 If you cancel after billing but before delivery, your cancellation request will apply to the next scheduled billing date.
🔹 Orders already processed cannot be canceled or refunded.

🔹 Subscription Cancellations & Modifications
Subscriptions can be modified anytime. To update your subscription, log in to your account or email orders@purcoldpressed.com.
