- What would you recommend as a restart cleanse for the new year? I do workout daily but am worried about 1400 calories a day?
- I just completed the 3 day juice cleanse. I've also done the 5 days cleanse and it was extremely hard. But on the 3 day cleanse, I still managed to do regular workouts (not quite AS extreme as you will want to go), but just made sure I drank juice before and after my workout. But the cleanse is wonderful! My gut feels amazing!

What temperature should I expect to receive my juice?
It is normal for your juices to arrive frozen. Since we do not use preservatives to extend shelf life, we flash-freeze our juices immediately after they are made to preserve the quality and freshness of the ingredients. They remain frozen until the shipping process to ensure they stay fresh upon delivery.
How long will it take to get my order?
Place your order Monday through Thursday by 11:00 AM PST (1:00 PM CST or 2:00 PM EST) for same-day shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for processing during peak times.
Orders over $175 qualify for free 1-2 day shipping, including Saturday delivery where available. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless Saturday delivery is available or overnight shipping is selected.
Important: To ensure your juices remain fresh and of the highest quality, we ship orders with the goal of delivery within 48 hours. If you place an order after 11:00 AM PST (1:00 PM CST or 2:00 PM EST) on Thursday using standard shipping, your order will ship on Monday for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you need faster delivery, please select our Overnight shipping option, which is significantly discounted from the actual cost.
